The Baltimore Innovation Awards is a chance to celebrate the tech and innovation community in Baltimore that happens once a year during Baltimore Innovation Week. In previous years, the awards have been given out during Beta City (2015) and Technical.ly’s Innovation Celebration (years 2013-2014).
For the fourth annual Baltimore Innovation Awards, we’re adding a little formal flare to the awards ceremony and turning the party all the way up!
For the first part of the event, network with attendees, sponsor companies, past winners and current nominees. Additionally, we’ll have an App Arcade where you can meet local game dev companies, maker spaces and more and interact with the awesome tech they’ve created.
Next, join us at the Awards Ceremony as past winners and sponsors announce the 2016 winners. There will be a nomination process in July followed by a formal announcement of the nominees (final nominees are selected by Technical.ly’s editorial team). Winners will be selected by the the Baltimore community through a formal voting process. In past years, more than 2,500 votes were cast.
